Game Over

Updated: 6/15/2004

Progress is permanent; you can't reload a previous time in your game

When the whole party dies

  • You lose some experience, but no items or money is lost.
  • Time passes while the party was unconscious.
  • Once your corpses have been discovered, your party will reappear in the closest town
  • If you're wanted for arrest in that town
    • Your party is put in jail
    • If you try to escape,
      • You're still guilty and owe money for being revived
      • Your still on blacklists everywhere people know about you.
    • If you correct the reason you were put in jail.
      • You must pay for being revived
      • The crime is off your record
  • If you're not wanted for arrest in that town
    • Medical and religious help is provided
    • You must pay a large amount of money for the help.
    • If you can't afford it
      • you are given an amount of time to gather the money.
      • After that time, you are banished from the town and anywhere people know about you.
    • Once you pay the money, your reputation is restored and you regain access to locked areas.
