Buy things with credit cards

To get a credit card, you cannot have any crimes against you. You can't persuade a character to give you credit if your charisma and personality are too low.

Characters with no crimes on their record get higher credit lines.

You can hold as many cards as you want, but it's a crime to spend more then you can pay for.

If you don't pay your debts, you are given a warning.

After the warning period, a warrant for your arrest is in place everywhere people know you. (see communication delay)
